If you see charges you don’t recognize on your payment account, check the following before contacting Stash Support.
Before you contact support
Family or friends: Check if any family members or friends who have access to your payment account made a purchase.
Pending charges: You may see a pending charge. If your payment provider cancels the payment, it automatically releases the pending charge and returns the amount to your account.
Purchase history: Review your in-game or service purchase history and compare it to your statement.
New payment method authorizations: When you add a payment method to your game account, you may see a small temporary authorization on your statement. This doesn’t result in a charge.
Subscriptions: Make sure there are no active subscriptions for games or game-related services that you or a family member set up.
