There are two ways to get your receipt: download it after purchase or request a copy for a past purchase.
Download your receipt
You can download your receipt on the Purchase Completed page. We also email a receipt to the address on your account.
Request a receipt for a past purchase
When you contact Stash Support, include:
Game or service name
Player ID
Email address linked to your account
Screenshot from your payment provider
We provide receipts only to the account owner. We may decline your request if we can’t verify that you were the payer.
