If you didn’t receive a receipt or the item you purchased, one of the following situations likely occurred. Check which applies to your case.
Payment declined by Stash:
If our security system declined your payment, you’ll see an error message on the payment page. The charge won’t clear, and the funds return to your account within 1–10 days, depending on your payment provider.
Payment declined by the payment system:
Sometimes the payment provider declines the transaction, but the funds remain pending. The payment won’t clear, and the funds return to your account within 1–10 days.
Payment still processing:
If the payment provider is still processing the transaction, it may take up to 5 business days to complete. Once the payment is confirmed, you receive your item and a receipt automatically.
Email not provided during payment:
If you didn’t enter your email address during checkout, we can’t send the receipt automatically. Check whether your account was charged. If it was, contact [email protected] with your purchase details so we can investigate.
